Adrian D'Urso September 17, 2012 1

iPhone 5 pre-orders began at 12:01 AM PST last friday followed by a huge rush of people trying to get a spot in the first shipment. A few days ago Apple stated that they were blown away by the number of pre-orders but did not release any numbers. Today, in a pr announcement on Apple.com they indicated that over 2 million units were sold in the first 24 hours. Looking back the previous model the iPhone 4s sold 1 million units on the first day, and the iPhone 4 sold around 600,000. The iPhone has been growing with great momentum as clearly indicated by these numbers.

Have you pre-ordered the new iPhone? If so consider buying a case to protect it .

Once I have the 5, will I be able to “copy” my Siri port for my 4 and iPad3?
