So, since the New iPad 3 (Yes, I’m calling it that to avoid confusion) got it’s first jailbreak over the weekend – I figured I’d supply you with 5 best tweaks for your newly jailbroken tablet. Of course, this list is purely opinionated, if you don’t like it. You don’t have to download it!
Dashboard X (Bonus Tweak in Video) – An incredible way of putting widgets on your device’s springboard. Works like a charm, and brings a little spice of Android that iOS has been missing. More info can be found here.
SwipeSelection – A very effective and efficient way of editing text on the iPad/iPhone/iPod. Something Apple should really have intergrated into iOS. More info can be found here.
Springtomize 2 – A very complex and very well structured tweak. Gives you insane customisability over pretty much everything on your device. From notification center to your dock. You name it – you can probably change it via Springtomize 2.
Quasar – Provides the ability to run a computer-like windows management system on your iPad. You can truly multitask using this tweak. Granted, it’s not perfect and there are still a few little bugs. But it can really help loosen up your workflow if you need to do lots of things on your iPad at the same time. More info can be found here.
iFile – Provides a very effective way to interact and manage the entire file system for your device. Not much more can be said about this one, other than the fact that it will be extremely useful to some people, and have no use to others!
