Today, the much anticipated update to the official Facebook application appeared in the App Store. The newest version (5.0) provides an entirely different feel when viewing your newsfeed, profile, and other sections. The application was recoded from the ground up in objective C a far faster alternative to previously used HTML 5 language. The newest version also contains slight ascetics changes along with more expansive messages and fan page features.
