I cannot count the amount of times I’ve jailbroken my device for a couple of months, only to have a slight problem which calls for a full system restore. Now every time this occurred, I’d debate on whether or not I should re-jailbreak, for the sole reason that I didn’t want to have to go back and restore all my packages manually again. I’m lazy.
If only someone had introduced my to ‘OpenBackup’ sooner. This jailbreak tweak, does what it says, and backs up your free cydia tweaks into a file on your device which saves to iCloud (you will need this configured). It does it extremely well, you can just as easily backup & restore 1 tweak, or the whole lot after you system restore your device.
This tweak is totally free on the ModMyi repo, and in my eyes, it’s one of the best tweaks out there.
