iPhone 5 vs 4/4S: Design & Hardware

Continuing our trend of iPhone 5 coverage, I thought it would be suitable to compare the hardware of the iPhone 5 – to that of the iPhone 4/4S. When a design sticks around for 2 years in your pocket, it’s difficult not to get attached to it. But does the new iPhone’s hardware compare? There’s one thing that the new iPhone’s not lacking in, and that’s design aesthetic. It’s one of the most stunning devices on the market, and with that comes functionality. All of the aesthetic changes have some sort of function, be it the headphone jack on the bottom – of the smaller port, they all do something. The only real exception being the two-tone backplate, which let’s face it, is there only for show.

Saying that, the iPhone 5 has taken the positives of the iPhone 4/4S’s design, and turned all of the negatives around. It’s truly a sight to behold, and actually hold…
