Glowing Icons is a new Winterboard theme for the iPhone and iPod Touch that makes your Springboard icons randomly glow. Keep in mind Glowing Icons is a theme (as opposed to a tweak) and it works by setting your iPhone’s wallpaper as a moving background. Because of this, you will be forced to have Winterboard installed for the glowing icons to have any affect on your Springboard. With the theme installed, your icons will randomly glow five different colors - blue, green, yellow, red, and purple. Hopefully the developer of the theme can transform this into a tweak where you can adjust the colors and frequency of the colors, but for now it’s only a theme. You can get Glowing Icons for free under the ModMyi repo, and there’s also a version in Cydia if you have a five-icon dock.
