SanDisk’s products have typically been the best of the best. External storage on iPhones is impossible, but today we encounter a solution! The SanDisk Connect Wireless Flash Drive is a fantastic product. It enables you the ability to upload/download content from an external flash drive using its Wi-Fi capabilities. We explain above how all of this works, but it is quite cool. You hold the Wi-Fi-like button, and then connect to the Wi-Fi signal it gives off. By doing this, you can watch movies, look at documents, photos, and so much more. Charging is done via USB which is super easy considering everything has USBs in todays standard. Battery life is pretty solid coming in at around 4 hours, but you could always bring a backup if needed. Overall, I’m loving this alternative to being able to add more storage to my iPhone/other devices!

That is a very cool way to use external storage, I wonder how fast it writes data.

I like this idea but only 4 hours of battery life, eh…. i want a more useful solution like Samsungs OTG Adapter cable, It’s cheaper and can read any usb storage, you can even use a portable DVD Drive to watch movies and a mouse.

SanDisk Connect Wireless Flash Drive enables to upload/download content from an external flash drive using Wi-Fi connections. Holding the Wi-Fi-like button and connecting to a Wi-Fi network/signal you can start watching movies, read a document, look at photos and so much more. Battery charging is done via USB a super easy way considering “everything” has USBs in todays manufacturing standards. Battery life is pretty generous coming in at around 4 hours [ it may be as well worth mentioning difference bween stand-by and operational battery charge lasting time] but you could always bring a backup when needed. Overall, I appreciate this alternative enabling to add more storage to my iPhone and other devices!

You’re darn right I’d buy one. However, the price of it now is way … WAY … out of my league. Guess my iPad and iPod will just have to wait till the prices come down and become more affordable, or do without altogether if they don’t. Besides, I can always upload and download using my home computer. No problem. It’s not like I’m going to spend every last cent on something that I can definitely live without.
